I entered into the fitness industry in 2008. I began in rehabilitation. I was moved to change paths after watching loved ones struggle with debilitating, preventable disease and injuries.
I love learning what people are capable of and then helping them to grow stronger physically and mentally, breaking down roadblocks and celebrating each milestone along the path toward their goals. Being a part of each small victory and bigger goal, celebrating and sharing in the joy of those experiences is why I do what I do.
I train individuals and groups. I have worked with people ages 8 to 88, all fitness levels and many walks of life. I have experience leading boot camp, circuit training, HIIT, Chair Fitness and more. I travel to parks, homes and offer online services.
